Routi Bot

Privacy policy

Effective September 19, 2026

Routi Bot is provided by Laboros AI, Inc. This policy explains how our apps, connected services, and website handle your information.

What Routi processes

Routi processes your bot settings, conversations, instructions, files or screenshots you provide, and results from tools you ask bots to use. Routi Core runs on your Mac and stores application data there. AI providers and connected services receive the information needed to perform the tasks you request.

Connecting Gmail

When you connect Google, Routi uses your account identity and email address to show which account is connected. With your authorization, Gmail tools can access message contents and metadata, recipients, subjects, threads, drafts, attachments when used, and labels. Routi requests permissions to read email, manage drafts and send messages, and organize messages.

Routi uses this access for the email features you direct, such as searching, summarizing, drafting, sending, and labeling mail. You choose which bots may use the connection. Routi uses Google’s Gmail MCP service and Gmail API; your Google password is not provided to Routi.

AI processing and sharing

To answer a request, Routi may send relevant Gmail content and tool results to the AI provider configured for that bot. This can include email text, addresses, subjects, and other information returned by the requested tools. Your Google access and refresh tokens are not supplied to the AI model.

Only connect accounts and choose providers you are authorized to use. Review your provider’s retention and data-use settings before processing sensitive information. Google data must not be used with a provider configuration that uses it to train general-purpose AI models.

We do not sell Google user data, use it for advertising, or use it to develop or train generalized AI or machine-learning models. Routi’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy and the Google Workspace API User Data and Developer Policy, including their Limited Use requirements.

Storage and security

Google OAuth tokens are stored in the Keychain on the Mac running Routi Core. Email content included in conversations or tool results may remain in local conversation history, provider session files, or backups. Information sent to an AI provider is also subject to that provider’s retention practices.

If you use Routi Connect, phone-to-Mac application traffic is encrypted through the relay. The relay handles connection and routing information needed to deliver that traffic. Protect your Mac, paired devices, accounts, and backups; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Disconnecting and deleting data

You can remove a bot’s plugin access or disconnect Gmail in Routi’s Plugins settings. You can also revoke Routi’s Google access from your Google Account connections. Disconnecting stops future authorized use but does not erase messages already included in conversations, provider records, or backups.

To remove retained content, delete the relevant local conversation and session data and any backups you control. Contact your AI provider to exercise deletion rights for information it retains. For help removing Routi data, email william@laboros.ai.

Website and support

This website does not include advertising trackers or analytics scripts. Hosting infrastructure may process basic request information, such as IP addresses and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. If you contact us, we receive the information you send and use it to respond and resolve your request. Do not send passwords or access tokens.

Your choices and rights

You can choose not to connect a plugin, change your AI provider, revoke access, or stop using Routi. Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold. Contact us using the address below.
